The App is designed to assist with the tuning of musical instruments for general personal use. It is not a certified professional tuning or calibration tool. Users are solely responsible for verifying tuning accuracy and maintaining their instruments.
LydMate offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription options. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation processes are presented clearly within the App. All payments are managed via the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the App Store and Google Play. The Provider does not offer separate or additional refunds beyond those provided by these platforms.
All content, including logos, trademarks, and software associated with LydMate, remains the exclusive property of the Provider. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any portion of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
While LydMate aims to provide accurate tuning assistance, it is not a certified professional tool. We make no warranty as to the precision or reliability of the results. Users are solely responsible for ensuring tuning accuracy and for any actions taken based on the App’s output.
The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to damage to musical instruments (including strings), accessories, equipment, loss of data, loss of profits, or performance-related issues. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that you assume full responsibility and risk associated with its use.
We may update this document at any time to reflect changes to the App or our policies. Please review this page periodically for the latest version. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
